Carlos Pola is back with another fantastic coffee. His famous San Antonio plot where he grows and experiments with the funkiest varietals and processes yields some of the best coffees we try every year.
This time we have the delicate semi-washed Pacamara, citrusy, sweet and clean. Notes of grapefruit, Lychee and raspberry. Sweet espresso and crisp filter!
